Ori's Amazing Story: Faith in God's Plan
In Ori’s Amazing Story: Faith in God’s Plan, by Mike and Carol Wyrick, Ori is a young
donkey. He is sold to a merchant who uses him to pull his cart. Ori isn’t
really happy to just pull a cart as he believes he has a higher purpose. One
day, a couple of men borrow Ori for a special purpose. Ori becomes the donkey
Jesus rides into Jerusalem on what we now call
Palm Sunday.
There are small black-and-white illustrations scattered throughout the
text, with full-size illustrations at the beginning of each chapter.
The authors include a detailed Discussion
Guide at the end of the book, with questions relating to each chapter.
