All Things Bright and Beautiful

All Things Bright and Beautiful is a colorful board book designed by Jane Horne and written by Claire Page. This book is based on the hymn, "All Things Bright and Beautiful," by Cecil Alexander. A CD with 10 praise songs is included. It is so fun to read with catchy words around the border of each page spread:

"bright - and - beautiful - soft - and - cute-iful,
loud - and - moo - tiful - shy - peekaboot - iful,
strange - but - true-tiful,
ripe - and - fruit-iful - raw - and - root-iful,
wild - and - zoot - iful - gruff - and - brute-iful,
high - and - hoot-iful - tooty - flute-iful,"

There are photos of the beautiful creatures that God made, fun facts about some of these animals, and different textures to feel. The last page spread features peekaboo flaps for little fingers to lift up. Your child will get the point that God made everything, and that He made some very interesting and beautiful animals! There are pictures of people of all races as well.

What I Like: This book is so bright and colorful that a child will be drawn to it immediately. There are so many things to do that this is a great book to keep children occupied for long amounts of time! My daughter could not stop lifting the flaps and touching the different textures on each page. I love how this book is priced as well. I think you get a lot for your money!
